'MorselCraft' was born from a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The venture, launched by the Romano household in 1985, began as a quaint, family-run joint, revering recipes passed down generations.
Marco Romano, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation across Italy, under the guidance of esteemed pizza masters in Naples — the pizza's homeland. Once back in the UK, her mission was to reproduce the enchanted Italian pizza experience, sticking to time-honored techniques and select ingredients.
Originally a cozy 12-seater eatery, our pizzeria has evolved into a cherished communal staple, though our dedication to impeccable quality and genuine practices remains intact. We continue employing wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough fresh every morning, and carefully select top-notch produce.
Presently, 'MorselCraft' is still in family hands, led by the subsequent generation of the Romano lineage, guiding our fervent crew. Even with some contemporary updates, our core focus is still the same — to serve up delectable, bona fide pizza that unites patrons.
